Clare Buckley the practice manager at St Andrews NHS medical centre reached out to us because she wanted to bring her practice away from the generic website templates on offer across the medical profession. After an initial short telephone call a discovery meeting was soon set up and Daniel from Forty3 met Clare at St Andrews medical centre in Eccles, Manchester.
At the discovery meeting Clare was quick to lay out a design brief for a logo identity and shown Daniel some examples of websites that she liked the functions of. It was clear that user experience was the most important factor in the operation of the new website project. The patients of the practice had to be able to book appointments and order prescriptions with ease.
We carefully crafted the logo identity for the practice through a series of presentations to Clare for her feedback, once agreed upon we moved onto the next stage of building the website, Clare chose the business package which involved a multi page development with the ultimate user experience, the website was made fully responsive across all platforms from desktop, tablets and mobile devices.
Building our working relationship over the 12 weeks of the design process Clare and I found that we share a passion of motor-sport and Formula One and we found we have many friends in common on a personal level. Therefore most recently we met for drinks at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Once again showing we love building relationships in our communities. Clients that become friends is what we are about.
"Forty3 has created a new website for my practice bringing St Andrews Medical Centre into the modern digital age. Our new website is easy to navigate and both staff and patients are very impressed at how easy it is to used. Forty3 also created our new logo which really encompasses the image we were trying to portray. The whole process has been seamless and efficient and I cant recommend them enough."
